Written Appraisals

A written appraisal is often required for insurance purposes. In order to accurately assess the current value of your piano, an in-home inspection is required. If a new piano was just purchased, then a copy of your receipt is all that is needed. However, you may have a piano that can't be replaced because of it's vintage, and therefore you would need a value for it's replacement with a new piano that is similar in quality and value. So knowing the prices of new pianos, while also being able to determine the current market value of your piano is how I can help. Upon a complete inspection of your piano, a written appraisal is provided. The price for this service is $40 - does not include distant travel.
